Amanda York is a mature and experienced Wellness Mentor, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer in SE16, SE1, EC2 and E14 who specialises in enhancing the wellbeing of busy working professionals, particularly those with sedentary and hectic lifestyles.
Amanda’s unique methodology combines her many years of experience and expertise through the practice of yoga, personal training, mindfulness, NLP, and meditation which is broken down into simple to follow bite-sized and achievable action steps towards your goals.
Every client who works with Amanda, either online or in person, always come alive again with a sense of overall wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.

It’s great to be very physically tired after training with Gymanda and fun to see continued progress and to learn new things. I generally feel more upright and I really enjoy our PT sessions as I have become much more confident with exercise.

Amanda provided an amazing online mini-retreat with lots of tips and guidance on how to create a restorative space for ourselves at home, and led us through the practice with such a gentleness and ease, it felt like we were together!
