Weekly Yoga Classes lead by Amanda York of Gymanda are held outside above the Thames (weather permitting/in the hall otherwise) at :
Sunset Wednesdays : 1915 – 2015 (gently flowing mat work)
Progressive Sundays : 1100 – 1200 (stronger vinyasa style)
8-WEEK COURSE (with 2 session c/f) = £50 (£6.25/class)

Bring your mat for extra padding, water and wear loose clothing
Mats & blocks are provided; bring a camera if you love the river!

Reconnect with yourselves and mother nature whilst absorbing a friendly group energy on your mats above and beside the Thames River, a STUNNING and rare location.
Enjoy the beautiful river air, sounds of the waves and open skies all while moving through a progressive flowing sequence which increases in difficulty over the 8-week course (nb x 2 sessions can be c/f if you’re away).
Expect to leave with lengthened tight spots and a body which is moving with less effort, freeing up your minds and calming your nervous system ready for slumber, feeling floaty and nurtured as day turns to night. We will also be meditating and practicing restful pranayama (breath work).
Progressive Sundays @ 11:00
Expect to achieve great core strength too with some party-tricks for the beach such as head-stand & splits (starting at the beginning and progressing so don’t be put off!).

Means to ‘join'; yoga joins mind, body and spirit.
Expect a typical class to start with initial relaxation, a mobilisation sequence, a series of twists, forward, back and side bends, balances and inversions.
You will be encouraged to move through the sequence mindfully and attuned with you energy during that particular session.
Listen to your body.
Wear something comfortable.
Bring water as you will be de-toxing your system.
