EVENT TRAINING

 

With Gymanda, most events are catered for, whether you’re getting married, trying to lose post-natal pounds, training for a marathon, 10 or 5km race, entering Tough Mudder or Survival.

Needing to crawl, hang & jump, building up core strength to try your first surf or horse-back ride…or perhaps you’re seeking knee and spine stability to hit the slopes and ice safely.

Maybe you’d like to build the stamina for a trek in Peru or require pedal power for London to Brighton biking. Bikini Competitor training is new to the menu.  Amanda York has trained for all of these events herself so can give you first- hand guidance to get the most out of your chosen challenge.
